Surgical Services Diagnostic Imaging Radiology Services Laboratory Services Oncology Cancer Services Maternal Child Health Emergency/ Trauma Services The Medical Surgical Nurse Director RN will be accountable for the clinical operations of the Medical Surgical and Telemetry Step Down Departments. They will work to develop departmental goals and objectives and collaborate with fellow multidisciplinary team members to deliver quality outcomes. The Medical Surgical Nurse Director RN will provide both leadership and mentorship to staff within the Med Surg and Telemetry units and work together improve patient care plans. Supported by the Nurse Manager Med Surg and Telemetry Nurse Supervisors, the Medical Surgical Nurse Director RN will have a direct report to the Executive Director Medical Surgical in addition to the CNO Chief Nursing Officer.
